Our unique infinity pool surrounded by string lights and overlooking the rolling hills of Spicewood is the exceptional experience that you’ve been waiting for.

Our “pool house” detached suite has it’s own rainfall outdoor shower. A shower so amazing, it will ruin all future showers for you 😉

The master suite has it’s own giant bathtub overlooking the yard. It’s the perfect place for your end of the night glass of wine & facemask.

Our second floor yoga room surrounded by windows is a bright & fun sunroom with plenty of room to stretch it out.

  • Do you require a rental contract?

    Yes, we do. We have put a lot of time, energy, and love into this space and like to make sure that it is respected and protected by all guests so that we can ensure that it continues to serve many more happy groups for years to come. Our rental agreement is signed by both parties at the time of booking and outlines our cancellation policies, extra fees, and property rules. If you’d like to view it before booking, no problem! Send us an email, and we would be happy to send it to any prospective guests to review.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Unfortunately, furry companions are not permitted at Bella Vista unless they are a certified service animal or an ESA.

  • Do you allow events and parties?

    Yes! If you have booked the home as a standard short term vacation rental we do require you disclose any extra guests, and pay the necessary event fees as required. We provide custom quotes depending on what your party will be using the space for & how many guests you have. We have in-house catering options and a list of trusted service providers that we would be happy to coordinate on your behalf. Send us an email at your convenience and our team will respond within 24 hours to assist with your custom quote.

  • What is your occupancy?

    For our overnight short term rentals we allow up to 11 guests included in the cost of your nightly stay. If you wish to have more guests than that for an event or overnight we’d be happy to build you a custom quote.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    For all events we require a 30 day notice of cancellation to receive a full refund. We provide a ½ refund if you cancel before 15 days. Fifteen days or less cancellation we do not give any refund.

    For all short term rentals we require a 21 day notice of cancellation the receive a full refund. We provide a ½ refund if you cancel before 14 days. Fourteen days or less cancellation we do not provide any refund.

  • How do we check in and check out?

    All short term rental guests are provided an onsite concierge with their stay. They will be here to greet you when you arrive and help you get settled in. If for whatever reason this is unable to happen you will provided with a custom time sensitive door-code that you will use for the duration of your stay.
